Tips

Story Ball

Ahead of time: Take a very long piece of yarn and tie or tape small objects onto the yarn and roll it into a ball.

The Game: Start a story, than hand the ball of yarn to the first person in the circle. Each person unrolls the yarn until they come to an object. They must then incorporate the object into the story. The person with the last object ends the story.

Floor Plan

Have each person draw the floor plan of the house they grew up in. Then have them place a mark on the floor plan wherever they have a story or a memory. After everyone has finished drawing, share the stories and memories with each other.
